With over 40 years experience in the catering industry, we know our way around. Since 1981, Sid Clark and his staff have built a reputation on friendly service, delicious tasting and fresh-cooked catered food and a solid commitment to excellence. We make everything from scratch, the old-fashion way, to ensure freshness in quality, taste and flavor. On-site cooking that's "Kitchen-Fresh" is our specialty. Our portable kitchens on wheels make it possible for us to bring you the best tasting and most fresh meal possible, cooked on-site at your event location. We don't drop food off in styrofoam boxes or foil pans. We use only the finest products available, combining quality and great taste to ensure total customer satisfaction.

 

Our expansive menu includes selections from Sid & Sam’s Steakhouse, but also the West Texas family favorite, Catfish & Company. All-you-can-eat catfish & chicken buffet with the world famous homemade ice cream with strawberries, bananas and chocolate!

Our menu choices are set up as self-serve buffets and quoted per person/plate and include:

We set up a self-service buffet style line and our menus are designed to offer a variety for your guests as well as provide you with generous food portions served both hot and cold. All that we require is sufficient space to set up the buffet line and electrical access, if required.
